Almost everyone has that task that just has to be done, even if the process can be slow or painful. For some professionals in higher education, that task is assessment. Planning for and conducting quality assessment—and using that assessment to drive positive change on campus—can be a daunting process. This concern is only amplified for staff that are unfamiliar or uncomfortable with assessment.
