Surveys are one of the most commonly used assessment tools on college campuses. When designed and used properly, surveys can allow us to collect, analyze, and use data on a variety of topics to improve our efforts on campus. But, surveys also present a challenge, as a quality survey is much more than just asking a few questions. While most of us may not need to be expert survey designers ourselves, we should at least be smart consumers of survey data. In this webinar, we’ll use examples from Skyfactor assessments to highlight the science behind designing a quality survey, as well as provide tips for both improving your survey questions and calling shenanigans on poor surveys.
