Skyfactor created an Exit Evaluation for Undergraduate Business Majors. The Skyfactor Undergraduate Business Exit Assessment provides administrators with valuable insight into the student experience and important outcomes related to that experience. Results can be effectively utilized to focus attention on both strengths and areas in need of improvement. This research note focuses on the responses of graduating business students associated with their current place in the search for a job, comparing the responses of 14,332 graduating students from the 2013-14 academic year assessment.
Graduating students’ current stage in the search for employment may impact exit evaluations, so all responses were assessed based on where graduating students indicated they were in this process. The three largest groups are compared here: “Researched fields of interest,” “Interviewed but have received no offers,” and “Offered a position and accepted it.”
